MAIN LEVEL ROOMS

Small boardroom (Room 026) is able to accommodate approximately 8 people and is situated on the lower level just off the Scotiabank main lobby. Rates are from $21 per hour; $61 for a half day; $123 for an eight hour day and $183 for a full  day. Non-Profit organizations receive a discount.

Moosehead Boardroom (Room 028) is suitable for groups of up to 15-30 people and is situated off the Scotiabank lobby. This bright room has a wall of windows and is situated close to the washrooms and lower canteen. Rates are from $36 per hour; $97 for a half day; $158 for an eight hour day and $218 for a full  day. Non-Profits organizations receive a discount.

UPPER LEVEL

Rotary Club of St. Stephen-Milltown Reception Area (Room 203) is the principal lobby area of the second level. Rentals for this area must be done in conjunction with renting one or more of the larger conference rooms or users are comfortable with people accessing the conference rooms through your function. Rates for this area vary based on availability and other events schedule so please inquiry directly.  Non-Profit organizations receive a  discount.

Daryl Spires & Chris (McSorley) Spires Pool Viewing Room (Room 214) is a beautiful spacious room able to accommodate up to 20 people. This room is available on a case by case basis so please inquire directly.  Non-Profit organizations receive a discount.

LK Toombs Chartered Accountants Conference Room (Room 205)is the first of three conference rooms that can be rented as a single room for up to 50 people or in combination with one or both of the other two conference rooms when holding a larger event. The LK Toomb conference room has access to the front balcony. Rates are from $31 per hour; $92 for a half day; $153 for an up to 8 hour day and $214 for a full  day. Non-Profit organizations receive a discount.

QM Construction Ltd. Conference Room (Room 206) is a large rectangular conference room able to accommodate up to 50 people. It can also be combined with conference rooms on either side to accommodate groups up to 200 people. This room has the option for a drop down screen and built in projector. Rates are from $31 per hour; $92 for a half day; $153 for an up to 8 hour day and $214 for a full  day. Non-Profit organizations receive a discount.

The Halstead Conference Room (Room 207) is a large bright spacious room able to accommodate up to 75 people or in combination with one or both of the other two conference rooms when holding a larger event.  This room has the option for a drop down screen and built in projector. Rates are from $31 per hour; $92 for a half day; $153 for an up to 8 hour day and $214 for a full  day. Non-Profit organizations receive a discount.

Two Conference Rooms combined (either 205 + 206 or   206 + 207) By combining two conference rooms, a group of over 100 people can be accommodated. Rates are from $56 per hour; $184 for a half day; $243 for up to an 8 hour day and $306 for a full day. Non-Profit organizations receive a discount.

Full Conference Room (Rooms 205 + 206 + 207) A large and bright conference facility overlooking the St Croix River with access to an outside balcony that can accommodate up to 250 people. The full Conference Room has 2 drop down projection screens that can be run in conjunction with each other and has a build in sound system compatible with most laptop computers.  Rates are from $84 per hour; $243 for a half day; $369 for an 8 hour day and $459 for a full day.
