Small boardroom  located on Level #1 is able to accommodate approximately 8 people and is situated just off the main reception area.

Moosehead Boardroom located on Level #1 is suitable for groups of up to 15-30 people and is located behind the main reception area just off the main lobby. This bright room has a wall of windows and is situated close to the washrooms and lower canteen.

Daryl Spires & Chris (McSorley) Spires Pool Viewing Room located on Level #3 is a beautiful spacious room over-looking the pools and is able to accommodate up to 20 people.

St. Stephen-Milltown Rotary Club Reception Area is the principal lobby area located on Level #3 and is the area located outside the conference rooms. Rentals for this area can be done in conjunction with renting one or more of the larger conference rooms.

LK Toombs Chartered Accountants Conference Room is the first of three conference rooms located on Level #3 that can be rented as a single room for up to 50 people or in combination with one or both of the other two conference rooms when holding a larger event. The LK Toomb conference room has access to the front balcony.

QM Construction Ltd. Conference Room located on Level #3 is a large rectangular conference room able to accommodate up to 50 people. It can also be combined with conference rooms on either side to accommodate groups up to 200 people. This room has the option for a drop down screen and built in projector.

The Halstead Conference Room located on Level #3 is a large bright spacious room able to accommodate up to 75 people or in combination with one or both of the other two conference rooms when holding a larger event.  This room has the option for a drop down screen and built in projector.
